Mango Sunshine Cups

Serves 2-3 

Creamy, fruity, and totally tropical vacation-coded.
You’ll need:

  • 1 box Mango Wobble

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • ¾ cup cold water

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • ½ cup diced mango

  • Optional: shredded coconut for topping

How to make it: Prepare Wobble with 1 cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Stir in ¾ cup cold water and ¼ cup coconut milk. Add diced mango to small cups, then pour the Wobble mixture over top. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours, until set.

Make it fun: Serve in clear cups so kids can see the mango pieces suspended inside.
